Stuart Ford has studied the art of health and fitness for over 27 years and has practiced martial arts for over 17 years including; Taekwondo, Aikido, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Xingyi and bagua. He is also the founder of Shui Tao which is a mixed martial arts systems. He has combined health techniques from ancient and alternative cultures with modern and conventional sports science to redefine the concept of health and fitness.
Using a wide variety of modern and traditional techniques to give people a genuine life long interest in their training. Anyone with an interest in health and fitness and a drive to better themselves will benefit. Most fitness organisations see themselves as the motivation, but I want to improve your self-motivation which will ultimately lead to self fulfillment.
